5月31号收到SALOMON邮件说对我们公司的产品很感兴趣,要求加其MSN联系洽谈,说是有大项目。加了以后聊了几句,大致知道他对什么产品比较感兴趣,就给他介绍了我们产品的一些优势。后来,他要求我给他邮寄我们的产品目录和色板。我说没问题,但是你要承担邮递费用。他说没问题。
过了两天,我准备好待寄物品并和DHL联系,得知即使是PREPAID,邮费都要250欧元左右(4KG),感觉太贵就和SALOMON说了。他的意见是把目录去掉,只要色板(目录可以在网站上看到,但是网上的色板与实际物品有色差)。我说OK,并在次日再次和他确认后把色板通过DHL 寄出。
6月11日,接到DHL客服电话说物品已抵达目的地,邮费132USD,我的客人拒付。我说其中可能有误会。我会尽快和客人联系并之你们结果。
之后在MSN上见到他,对话如下:

在接下来的时间里,我满心期盼他早点付款把事情解决了。可是我等到的仍然是DHL的电话:对方不接电话(DHL 法国那边先电话确认对方不会再次拒付然后才派送)。我又在MSN上和他联系,他说没有不接电话呀,我一直都开机并且都接听的。于是我又麻烦DHL再联系,同时也同时客人主动联系DHL以便早日完事。
仍然是拒付。无奈之下只有亲自打电话过去。他说我刚给DHL打过电话,让他们把东西送到我办公室来,马上就付了。
没有任何值得高兴的心情,因为上当太多次了,对他已没有信任可言了,又把电话直接打到DHL法国。对方的英语让我听着很吃力(可能她听我的也不轻松吧,呵呵),但基本信息都打探清楚了:2小时前DHL曾和SALOMON联系上,对方仍然拒绝付款,对于他所说的曾致电DHL,纯属子乌虚有!!!!
我当时的气愤之情可想而知。你实在不想付钱就直接说,没必要一而三再而三地把我和DHL当猴耍!
气愤之下,写了以下邮件:

Good day!
DHL China called me again this morning and told me that you are still refused to pay for the parcel. I don’t know how to explain the reason why to them, coz I used to tell them that there is some mistake, not you refuse to accept it. And it is the nineth time they call me to feedback this thing. I am out of patience now. I can’t believe you are such a business man that always broke your words.
You not only cheated me, but also DHL staff. Your new born nephew should feel ashamed that he has an uncle like you.
I think I have obligation to tell other company whatever the business they deal with to recognize what a man you are and what you have done.
I will ask some of my friends who knows French send your company’s file and your name and mobile phone number to every French B2B website they can find and state what you have done there to remind other man be careful when do business with you. At the same time, I will also do the some thing in Alibaba, Global Source, Made in China, Trade Key, EC21 and other worldwide famous website.
I think you are very clear about the power of INTERNET and you also can image what will happen after I did so.
Give you the last chance, call DHL (0033 472 613 010)in your country to deliver the parcel to you and pay for it.
If DHL call me again and tell me you are still failed to pay, I have to say sorry and take my action.

信发出去,感觉狠狠的出了口恶气¬¬¬¬¬¬已不去想结果怎样了。大不了自己垫付邮费了。但是对于这种垃圾,希望大家都认识一下,以后碰上了多加小心,省的上当。
